These draft terms describe expected use of the PROKUR RFQ, supplier matching, quote comparison, and sourcing history workflow.

Acceptable Use

  • Use PROKUR only for lawful industrial sourcing, supplier discovery, RFQ submission, quote submission, and related account activity.
  • Do not submit false, misleading, infringing, unlawful, harmful, or spam content.
  • Do not attempt to bypass authentication, access another user's account, scrape protected data, or interfere with platform security.

Accounts and Roles

  • Buyers are responsible for the accuracy of RFQs, contact details, quantities, delivery requirements, and attachments they submit.
  • Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of profile details, category coverage, documents, quote terms, pricing, delivery timelines, and attachments.
  • Administrators may review, match, moderate, release contact details, or restrict access as needed to operate the RFQ workflow.

RFQs, Quotes, and Supplier Matching

  • PROKUR currently supports RFQ capture, supplier matching, quote submission, quote comparison, and retained sourcing history.
  • PROKUR does not currently provide purchase-order issuance, purchase-order approval, fulfillment, logistics execution, or order tracking workflows.
  • Any buyer-supplier transaction outside the current PROKUR workflow is subject to terms agreed directly between those parties.

Disclaimers

  • Supplier verification, trust tiers, and document review are operational signals and do not guarantee performance, quality, availability, pricing, delivery, or legal compliance.
  • Quote information is submitted by suppliers and should be independently reviewed before any commercial decision.
  • The platform is provided on a draft terms basis pending legal review and may change before formal launch.

Limitation of Liability
